This will probably be the snow of my kid’s lives.  It is to them what the snow of  1973 was for me.  I can still remember playing in the snow.  I was 6 years old.

February 9, 1973: That year, Richard Nixon was president, Elton John’s Crocodile Rock was the number one song and in South Carolina the big headline was the massive snowstorm that shut down the state.
