It’s so nice to be back in a routine. Routine is good! Colby has done really good for his first time going to school. Every morning at drop off I would have to pry his little fingers from around my legs and he would cry, but when I picked up him he would talk about school the rest of the day. Jacob has a very sweet teacher who, I’m sure, was teaching school 35 years ago when I was in 2nd grade. We have a bus driver who seems to drive on the fast side and yells a lot but I think between the moms in the neighbor, that will be nipped in the bud very soon. Overall, I’d say, it’s been a great week!
Yesterday was the first day of school and this year my baby is going to pre-K. I didn’t think it was so hard when I dropped him off yesterday but when I picked him up we both just lost it. We came home and snuggled on the couch for a long time. I thought I was ready for this but it’s harder than I thought it was going to be. They sure do grow up fast.
Not the greatest of pictures but what do you expect at 6:45am after going the last few weeks of sleeping in until 9am?
That is all I’ve got to say about this lens. Holy moly! I’ve heard the good things about but didn’t believe until I shot with it. It’s heavy as $*!^! but worth every 51.9 ounces of it.
Look at that bokeh. I’m such a freak when it comes to bokeh. Love it love it love it. I would say this lens delivers on the bokeh.
